Always have a great experience here. Bought two computers today and Greg was super helpful finding what we needed, recommending comparable monitors when the ones we wanted were not available, and helping us to pack our car. I have built two computers now with Canada Computers, bought two computers, bought four monitors, and other parts etc. Always best price, best help, best selection. It's usually a waste of time to shop anywhere else.

I’d like to give a huge shout out to Maxwell at Canada computers Orléans! I came in with a mission and they were attentive, quick, and on point every time. Got all the right parts, super efficiently, making everything so much easier and gave me and my girlfriend time to go and browse for other things/goodies since we had everything we needed so fast. Would recommend asking for help here, as they are very informative, kind, and the customer service is great. Thank you again Maxwell for making buying my pc parts that much easier.

By far the best prices compared to anywhere else I've seen including online. Their tech guy Liam is great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped set me up with everything I needed for a new gaming pc, and got me a great deal. Explained the differences between components and was extremely patient and understanding as I don't have much knowledge in hardware. My only downside for this place was one of the staff members. I don't know if he was trying to be helpful but he kept interjecting loudly right in the middle of me talking with who I was already having help me. It was kind of distracting and a bit rude if I'm being honest and happened the couple times I came into the store. It came off as condescending and like he didn't trust the judgement of who was already helping me when we were having no issues whatsoever. Besides that - 10/10.

Used to love this place, until I bought the Razer Kraken Tournament edition headset. It was defective out of the box, fine this happens. Well I went to return the headset with receipt and all not to mention the guy who sold it to me was right there when I went to exchange it or receive a refund. Well according to the person working they couldn't refund it as the barcode was torn off the box, which happened because they taped the damn thing to seal the box so I had no option in order to access the headset I had purchased. They have refused to refund it for that reason solely and refused to exchange despite knowing I had purchased it there. Waste of time and money, basically a scam if you can pull that kind of thing, in theory they'd never have to refund anything. Anyways you've lost my business Canada Computers, seriously a poor way of doing business. If you ever decide to reimburse me, I might consider returning, however in the meantime I'll be continuing shopping with other businesses who actually work with and not against their customers.

Sales associate was great but when it came to getting help with my brand new laptop the service was abominable, the tech person was unfriendly, condescending, arrogant, and was no help at all. I do not recommend this business in any way. Perhaps the tech guys [ long hair, ponytail] , should take a course in human relations.

I went to Canada Computers to have my PC fixed and they were extremely helpful. I spoke with Tyler and he got me all sorted out as well as the guys in the service center. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them!
